Return Policy

Delivery:

– Your orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days. (Delivery times may vary for certain special products. You can view the delivery times of each product on their detail pages.)

Returns & Exchanges:

– All products sold on our website are made to order and therefore returns are not accepted. This statement is clearly indicated on the product detail pages.

– There is absolutely NO RIGHT to return or exchange products that have been tried on and purchased in our physical store.

– You may request a size exchange only once, within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

– To request an exchange, you must send an email to info@museeafem.com including the reason for your exchange request. Please make sure to include your First Name – Last Name and order code in the email subject line.

– Products sent without first submitting an exchange request via email will NOT BE EXCHANGED.

– You will receive a reply to your exchange request via email.

The shipping cost for exchange requests belongs to the customer.

– You may deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the customer code provided to you via email. Please make sure to keep your tracking number.

– Once the returned product reaches us and is inspected for compliance with exchange conditions, your exchange request will be approved and the new product will be shipped back to you with payment on delivery.

– Exchanges for online orders are NOT ACCEPTED in our physical store.

– Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you with payment on delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

– An exchange can be made only once. A second exchange request is not possible.

– Products that have been used, have lost their originality, or do not have their tags attached will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.

– Exchanges will not be accepted for products damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.).

– Products tried on while wearing heavy perfumes or deodorants that may leave marks or scents will not be accepted for exchange.

– Free or promotional items sent as part of your order cannot be exchanged. To exchange any item from a set, all items in the set must be returned together. Partial exchanges are not accepted. If only one item from a set is sent, Musêe a Fem will not accept the exchange, and the exchange will only be processed when the entire set is returned.

– Until the package reaches the exchange address, it is under the customer’s responsibility. Musêe a Fem assumes no responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost during shipping. Please ensure your package is well packed and sent via a trackable, insured courier service.
